I was in the very first batch of this program in Thailand, and what I found extremely beneficial with Vatel, was the studying system of combining theory and practice in hospitality management. The knowledge taught in the classrooms by qualified lecturers and professionals helped us apply this theory in the practical sessions led by the professional instructors from top hospitality companies. On top of that, the 4 internships throughout the course of study exposed and enriched us with true knowledge and skills from real working environments both locally and internationally.
The knowledge and experience gained during the course from both internships and the classroom opened a new learning perspective; the extensive practical lessons along with yearly internships helped me to explore real challenges in hotel environments and so allowed me to make any necessary adjustments and focus on my future career. These experiences gave me the confidence to take the necessary steps required in my professional hotel career and gave me the opportunity to reach the employment position I have today in Food and Beverage Management.
